This license includes the whole collection contained in 2 DVDs at a price of $495 USD. This license allows to an individual user located in a single site the production of images and animations that includes any of our 3d models for any purpose. This price includes also the shipping and handling via UPS express to any part of the world. An UPS tracking number will be provided after your Paypal payment.
DEESPONA 3DMODELS COLLECTION INDIVIDUAL LICENSE ONLINE (5 GB) FOR $395 USD
This license includes the whole collection to be downloaded immediatelly at a price of $395 USD. This license allows any individual user located in a single site the production of images and animations that includes any of our 3d models for any purpose. The download will be authorized just after your payment via paypal.
DEESPONA 3D MODELS COLLECTION CORPORATE LICENSE FOR $1995 USD
This license includes the whole collection contained in 2 DVD and online at a price of $1995 USD. This license allows to any number of individual users inside your company and in any number of sites at your organization for the production of images and animations that includes any of our 3d models for any purpose. Also allows the inclusion of any number of our models in your application or videogame in your propietary format, and meanwhile these models can´t be extrated or used by your users for any other application or external use.
These licenses confers the right to use DE ESPONA 3D ENCICLOPEDIA in corporate, educative or commercial productions (a) made for the exclusive use of the licensee and/or; (b) to which the license retains copyright; and/or (c) that are intended for any form of commercial exploitation (i.e. film, television, commercial video, video games, and the like).
The purchaser may make unlimited use of the 3D models purchased from DE ESPONA Infográfica, but only in the form specified in each type of licensing.
The licenses are perpetual, and an indicidual license is only to be used by a single seat or user. For additional users, additional licenses or a corporate license are required.
No Physical 3D model applications are included in the individual licensing. If you wish to license for stereolithography, 3D laser etching or similar applications as model kits, you must license a corporate license.
Under no circumstance may the purchaser market or redistribute the database or the modified or resampled database of the model in a way that allows it to be marketed by a third part or redistributed.
If you wish to include some 3D data of our models in your application (videogames, simulators, 3D applications, etc) you must license a corporte license.
Except with the express authorization by DE ESPONA Infográfica, S.A., 3D ENCICLOPEDIA may not be used in on-line systems that enable the databases to be captured by third parties.
The use of a 3D model in video games and/or other applications that imply its redistribution will be effected in such a manner that the 3D model's database resides in an executable file and cannot be imported for use by third parties. In any case, such uses will be subject to supervision and authorization by DE ESPONA Infográfica, S.A.
The DE ESPONA Infográfica and DE ESPONA 3D ENCICLOPEDIA logos and the copyright notice "3D ENCICLOPEDIA by DE ESPONA Infográfica™" must be displayed prominently when such space will be available in any commercial product box or production credits using DE ESPONA 3D MODELS. Copies of these logos can be obtained from DE ESPONA Infográfica's web site or can be supplied under request to order@deespona.com. In the case of commercial productions for entertainment, the credits must include appropriate mention of DE ESPONA Infográfica™ and the DE ESPONA 3D ENCICLOPEDIA®.
Any violations of these terms will be punishable by law and will constitute grounds for the immediate cancellation of the license for use of DE ESPONA Infogáfica products.
